A baseline is nothing but like an agreement, right? A set of a commitment that the team is delivering. So how can we prioritize better? Maybe that's the question. And I think teams should prioritize things in the simple way as they can. Sometimes you have to take a more analytical approach. You have to maybe get out of spreadsheet and use various spreadsheet tools.
