If you send a video from an android phone to an iphone, or vice versa, you get this picilated, compressed mess of an unintelligible video. Apple doesn't have any incentive to change this, because they want as many people to use yphones as possible. If apples i message could support r c s, then all the new phone that are coming out to day would work with all the great things that i message has to offer. And there wouldn't be quite so much pressure to get into the iphoneco system, or to lock people into the zea.
There was a lot that happened this week but before digging into the serious news, Marques introduces Andrew to the viral daily word puzzle game Wordle. After that, they go over Marques elaborates on why he's no longer using the Pixel 6 Pro as his daily Android phone. Then they go deep into iMessage and RCS before having David Imel on to talk about all of the latest chipset news to come out of CES 2022.
