How Do We Measure Your Energy Expenditure?

There's potentially two factors that play here that's showing a big difference between morning and evening. If you're calculating your energy expenditure over and above the preceding measure before a meal then you've got different baselines essentially for those meals. Based on research that came out there was a paper published by the Harvard chrono group zitting in colleagues in 2018 where they push participants back over higher baseline again.
