The Power of Spirit

I think your spirit can get a little stuck in this world. Like we are not, you're talking spirit like when someone dies, their spirit is somehow stuck. And I think typically it becomes completely detached from who we are because we don't have the brain anymore and our brain is where we hold most of who we are. But there's a spirit or whatever you want to call it in us that we cannot, that's an energy. You can't see it. It's just your energy is who you are. Do you think that they're conscious?
