How to Dim the Lights in the Night

Blue blockers are terrific, but you don't want to wear them during the morning and early part of the day. Overhead lights will activate this wake up signal much more readily than lights down low. If you get some sunlight in your eyes in the evening, right about the time of sunset, just go outside. I call it sort of your net flick inoculation. It kind of protects you against some of the ill effects.
