Elon Musk has offered to buy Twitter for 69 dollars a share. Liz Wasser: It's impossible to tell what's serious and what's some kind of joke. She says the shares trading well below where the offer was all of yesterday means that the market doesn't believe it's real. LZ: If they thought there was going to be somebody else jumping in, like disney, they would be trading above the offer.
