I had to learn a great deal about this is what we're talking about tonight and this is exactly that about this year first thing is first I had a sponsor right. There's so much to talk about for identification for awareness. If you don't expose it if you don't look at it for what it really is your own self honesty of self my sponsor taught me from the word go. Self honesty is not cash register honesty but it's self honesty about how my brain will control me and function today. First things first whatever their major whatever the major thing is your life is blocking your life today has to be first consideration it cannot be first of time like with me with hospital first
