Do You Feel Like a Consistent Accent?

The thing that bothers me the most when i think something's a bad accent, it's en like an actor seems just at sea and just like keep shifting it within the scene. And everyone on this movie is doing totally different things, but they're all internally consistent to themselves. The person i though had the least consistent accent was albacino, a man who has made movies where he shot scenes in italy before,. or es an italian american, like, who spoke italian in a movie. It comes off as her being somewhat inconsistent. I certainly don't.
