The Importance of Socialization in Law School
It has to be modeled I guess in law school. Not just taught. You model people, law school is not simply filling your head with knowledge. It's shaping your character, your mental landscape and how you approach argument. We've just seen the paper chase. This is the anti-paper chase. The students are being socialized into thinking like lawyers. Obviously, that has major ramifications on our society if that in fact is happening there or at other law schools more broadly.
