The Chastity of Xerxes

Some of the film portrayals I've seen of Esther as not just a book, but as a person are laughable in comparison to the text. The people behind these books and these movies try to reimagine Esther as a model of chastity for young ladies. But there's plenty of other places in the Bible to go and find that kind of source material.
