We have made ourselves so small and circumscribed through our willing submission to the bite-sized formats of social networks. Social networks might be the worst possible venues for realizing that self because they don't give us the time and space and context that are necessary for true understanding and lasting transformation. Maybe the true act of resistance is choosing to present yourself just as you are in all your messiness in all your multiplicity in all of your physicalness right here and right now.
