What's a Quilt?
Brown County authorities looked into missing persons reports within the county, but no missing person's report had been filed. So they reached out to other nearby jurisdictions. They provided a description of the body as a young, white female with dark hair and a tattoo still visible despite the decamp. The prosecutor described that tattoo as a chain around the right ankle with a rose or some kind flower on the back of the ankle.
