The Ketogenic Diet

If people want to try a ketogenic diet to treat mild depression or anxiety, I'm in full support of it. Once they are fully sensitized again and more metabolically healthy, they can handle more carbs. It's doing all sorts of things to brain cells. Ketones have a special place. forcing your body to produce ketones creates metabolic changes that can be beneficial for some people at least.
