Movement is inherent human beings. We're not made to sit still ever. And we seem not to do that as much cause we're sitting behind, especially clerical workers,. ecademics, woll ave ar, sitting behind a computer. Anyway, our movement variety and intensity are both important od have enough intensity to keep your tissoes healthy. Thats thats given, but we don't really know what the best way of doing that is for somebody. What i object to is some young, fit person suming that this person in front of them, me, thick on me, wants to and needs to do it in the way that they find meaning. There's
