The primary outcome, average treatment effect, is a very bug-drug focused outcome. The second question has to do with why infused continuously with a beta-lactam anyway? And when we randomise a continuous infusion versus an interwoven bolus, it's entirely possible that we're modulating in an off-target effect way.
