The primary outcome, average treatment effect, is a very bug-drug focused outcome. The second question has to do with why infused continuously with a beta-lactam anyway? And when we randomise a continuous infusion versus an interwoven bolus, it's entirely possible that we're modulating in an off-target effect way. Is what we're seeing is this average treatment effect just compounding the fact that there's a tremendous amount of unmeasured heterogeneity beyond the stuff that we looked at in your HTE evaluations?
