Ice cube is a large block of ice about a mile under the south ball in Antarctica. It detects light made by neutrinos that stop in the ice and so we have a block of one kilometer cube of ice filled with more than 5 000 light sensors. From this flash of flight we can reconstruct the type of neutrino the direction they confirm and the energy That's the game and it's quite a game i mean the important thing in the latest study is i understand it is these neutrinos can come from anywhere but our Milky Way.
