How to Avoid Trading Mistakes

I made two, I think I made them this week. Took a huge loss on it and got out and bought canopy growth. It's a $30 stock with massive overhead. But I always find that these low price stocks are the ones that I have losses in more frequently. The litany of mistakes never stops. And you know, dude, work, you want me to go on? I can go on. Because I think this is really valuable for me and everyone else out there.
