I always say, if you're spending ten % or less of your time doing that, you're good. I think we need to manage expectations beca people are holding the enjoyment standard so high and missing work that is really good for them. At least 60% of the time whatever you're doing should be growing that. And i think this, this concept, answers the question for people of, should i stay or should i go? Because my answers always ae, you honing your skill set even further? Are you growing it? Or have you exhausted the opportunity to grow this skill set youre carrying with you throughout your career?
