The Problem for Ferrari, and I Don't Want to Use Ted.
Ferrari's decision to pit e hamilton for new tires was a tactical mistake. The team should have been on the blower with le clerk and told him he would be out behind Lewis Hamilton if he didn't stop. Le clerks' old tires were much older than those used by Hampton, who led at one point in the race. F1 is still weighed down too heavily by regulations from before 20 22 that make it harder to worm wheels.
