Getting More Experts in Front of the Court Is a Good Thing, I Think
I think getting more expertse in front of the court is a good thing. I mean, i think it just seems likely to produce better decisions. My fear is this creates kind of an ibalance overtime, shapes the law in a way that's skewed. If we could cun of, we can have a solicitor general for everything, right?
