What Do You Do When You're a Doctor?

My mum became pregnant when we got to the UK. My little sister who's now 21, she was born in 2001. In the lead up to her birth, my mum had obviously lots of medical appointments. It was very tricky for her to get an interpreter. So it would often be me and my sister because we'd picked up English much quicker by being in school. We would be that bridge. As a five year old, so many technical words that I just didn't, obviously, I couldn't grasp.
