I just love to know a little bit about what your background was like before you started lifting weights and starting to train. Were you an athlete at all before you started this fitness journey? You have since turned into quite a good runner. And I feel like maybe I got a lot of time on feet, you know, and just used to being outside. Maybe that kind of helped with this running thing.
