It's difficult to put a time frame in terms of coal fase out. There are positive indication er energy system is stabilizing, but true stabilization will happen when the green hydrogen appears on the horizon. Prime minister mody has set this target of 20 70 for being net zero. It's argued that that's too late. Science tells us we need to be doing this by 20 50.
