Janet smith responds to those who say nFP is basically the same thing as contraception. She says, it's completely different. It has to do with the actual sexual act are you when you're having sex? Are you saying no with part of your body to your spouse? Or are you being free in the gift of yourself to your spouse and in contraception? You're necessarily holding back part ofyour body Um in nfp you're never doing that. But then you're avoiding sex entirely or just loving your spouse in other ways.
