Bob: I think that in either case whether you're coming from an object or in language and you have a good amount of experience, or whether you're a young developer, what you need is glue. You need glue to understand how to compose on the bottom in the core and how to build layering systems. And then you can do some uncertainty. Where does the concurrency fit into it. Bob: Meeting a developer where they're at in their functional programming career and getting them over the line is very personal and different so nothing super common I've seen.
