You need glue to understand how to compose on the bottom in the core and how to build layering systems. And then you can do some uncertainty. Where does the concurrency fit into it. Bob: Meeting a developer where they're at in their functional programming career and getting them over the line is very personal and different so nothing super common I've seen. Alex: Software is the easy part communication is the most difficult part. The people who walk around the process to actually have that relationship
