Peter blair henry is the author of turn around, a book about developing countries. We also discuss his recent paper called the baker hypothesis which he wrote with two co-authors. It's named after a famous speech by secretary of state james baker in 19 85 where he proposed some of the very policies that pPeter and his co authors have just analyzed.
