Collins Street Bakery is a 100 year old family business in Corsa, Texas. The company sold fruitcakes to celebrities like Frank Sinatra and dignitaries like the Queen of Spain. Sandy Jenkins was laid off from his job as an accounts payable supervisor when he started working for Collins Street bakery in 1998. He had been voted most fashionable three years in a row during high school so it was a natural fit.
