Is There a Budget for Well-Being?
The government will implement a controversial shift in strategy with the federal budget this year. apart from the usual targets of employment and inflation, it's expected to measure well-being. The idea of a well-being budget has been taken up in a number of other countries including New Zealand but also in Iceland, Finland, Scotland and Wales.
