The key thing to remember is that if you'r in a relationship with some one, you love them. You just can't make it work on your own. And that involves a conversation. Talk about expectations and long term plans. If they don't hold themselves accountable, then the relationship is going to be in real trouble. The real responsibility comes when you're well. Do you continue therapy? Do you start building healthy coping habits? It's really hard to meditate when you're struggling with crippling depression. But are you going to learn how to meditate while you're feeling well? Are you going to engage in therapy and learn like, stres coping skills?
