Police would eventually figure out what happened to joe, michel and christie. While it would take three years to finally put all the pieces together, the police would eventually get them back. At some point their new acquaintance turned on them, and he almost definitely assaulted all three of them. And then after he was done, he tied all four women up with duck tape over their mouths. But he kept their eyes open.
