Comparing Rental Properties to Other Alternatives

When you own a business, there is not a set number of hours you get to spend and it's very easy to spend 40 hours per week. It's much more difficult to manage 10 employees or team members than it is to manage 10 rental properties. You can empower them to do a lot of things because typically this is their house. Every once in a while, there might be an issue but as long as they pay their rent, I don't worry about it.
