The shrimp industry has been displaced and harmed by unfair trade practices. Shrimpers are losing their livelihoods and their way of life because of foreign countries' policies. CNN's John Sutter goes out on a boat to see the effects of climate change in coastal Louisiana. He also meets Donald Dardar, chairman of the Shen Point Indian tribe.
