The Latest Attacks on Trans Rights

In recent years, 18 states have passed laws aimed at protecting youth sports. South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem has a bill that will give her state the strongest law in the nation protecting female sports. There are many examples of trans athletes competing at the high school college and professional levels. But there are vanishingly few examples nationwide of trans athletes attempting to compete at all.
