Did You Know That There Was a Johnny Defamation Suit in 20 20?

Johnny dep is suing a tabloid newspaper for defamation. The paper called him a wife beater in an article that was published while the british case was going on. In virginia, people can figure out who you're talking about and then sue if they think it's true. But johnny did not sue amber herd in english court. He sued the sun so that brings us to this case. This is not someone suing specifically over domestic abuse. This is defamation. And i don't think i've seen anybody talk about it in the context of this case,. which is kind of bewildering to me. That has to change.
