China and Russia - Is There a Love Lost?

China and Russia have seen a significant deepening of their relationship over the last 10 years. I've been struck that despite all of the problems that we know exist between the two countries, I think China has bent over backwards to try not to offend Russia. The question is going forward whether that obtains or if China will try to push its advantage in certain areas when it determines that it really needs to serve its strategic interests.
