Anthony Caposi was wrongly convicted of raping a woman on the New York City bike path. He spent 22 years in prison before being released to get help for schizophrenia. In 2010, Anthony Caposi received a settlement of $4.25 million in the state of New York. The bill known as Anthony's law is designed to expedite compensation claims brought by those wrongly incarcerated.
