How Do You Develop a Cocktail Recipe?

I wanted to finish off by asking you generally about developing recipes. What is your process for developing recipe? Because i know it's very different for each member of the team, because some people starv the method. Some people startw for the specific ingredients they know you'll be using. What what would you start with? I think it really depends. So if there's a classic cocktail that we we want to have a recipe for, am, and see how i can make that as simple as possible.
