What Are You Really Trying to Measure?
The heart of the matter is like, what are we trying to do? I'll give a pretty specific example. Every year for the last five years, I've done this over under baseball bet with a bunch of buddies and basically pick how many wins someone's going to get. And every every day, every day it tracks if it's how close it is to that number. The first time I built this report that I would share with them. Tony always won because he built the report.
