In two thousand nine, the washington state patrol made the decision to fire eight troopers. The reason why they got fired is because used a fakea diplomas to claim pay raices. There was there ws this whole scheme about getting fake diplomas to get the troopers more money. It resulted in a in innate, innate people getting fired. So troopers can can boost their pay about two percent by earning a to a two year degree, or four % with a four year degree. And there was this group of of troopers who started just forging diplomas.
