User Research Mentorship

I had to learn how to be confident enough to educate people on user research, which was a big struggle for me because I felt like I wasn't qualified. So that's where that mentorship and feedback loops came back or getting support from peers really came into importance there. The biggest thing that I will say is that stakeholders care about what they care about. Right? And one thing that I learned when I came to insights was the consequence of not just saying, 'Oh, this insight' but actually doing it.
