In the first draft we're searching for the pathway. Were searching for the right set of platino point. So you want to get to the end of the scene as quickly as possible and nail your five fundamental, your five commandments of story telling so that you can move on to the next scene. And then each the three big bits you break down into scenes,. By the time you get to your second draft, you realize that a lot of the things that were necessary, you had to really fly over. It also makes sense that the second draft is going to take quite a few more words than the first.
