I remember when I first came across the story of the return, I had just assumed everyone would want to go back to the Holy Land. And then those who did, as you noted, they even had obstacles,. The obstacle of at least time to build the Lord's temple, the Lord's house. But after my own home, or even the boldness it took to start building the walls and say, okay, what does this mean? What are the reigning powers going to say if we rebuild walls here? Because is that an act of defiance?"
