How Much Money Does It Mean?
Every capital partner is different. What they include in those hurdles or what they count against the waterfall or don't count against the water bottle, that's going to vary from capital provider to capital provider. Do not assume that your math is their math and don't assume that they're thinking about it the way that you think about it. So do not take this as gospel. This is not a guarantee.
