"I know that I am for the most part and control of either having a good day or being in a good mood," she says. "If I get upset over something small, then I'm already like, I'm already entering that like danger zone." Some people are just like naturally super enthusiastic,. And some people are more reactive and perhaps more sensitive. But regardless of how you are naturally, air quotes, I think it's something that you can like practice.
