On August 17, 2002, Justin Barber was walking on the beach with his wife, April, when they were gunned down. April died and Justin sustained four bullet wounds but survived. Justin told police they were attacked by an unknown assailant, but after an extended investigation, Justin was arrested for the murder of his wife. “48 Hours" Correspondent Harold Dow reports.
