World Rugby is in support of unions that want to look at lowering the heights of the tackle and community game. We recognised six years ago based on the data that lowering the height would be a way to reduce the risk. The French said, cool, we'd like those changes. They said it's a positive thing. Other people are saying it's very negative because there's confusion on what some elements of the game look like with that trial. And again, nobody knows this, but they can measure it if the trials are done in a good, robust, systematic way.
