Are You Here Energetically?

I love how that grid starts to help people understand and self reflect on. And that is really hard to explain to sometimes because you can be looking into someone's eyes and they can be not there, right? They can be off on their grocery list or in their, you know, self reflective loops or whatever. Or you can really be there and be together with your partner. Can you talk about some of those distinctions too between emotion and energy? In the book, I talked about a couple who is, they have very different styles and there was a lot of talk about them just being really incompatible in the bedroom.
