Is There a Scaling Question?

The promise of digiy native companies is the fact that they can be so efficient. And by efficient, i mean, with very few people they can generate a lot of value creation. But then it sort of accelerates overtime, because as these companies start to succeed, their ability to compensate their employees really, really well just increases overtime. So you see this division in our economy right now between the types of employees who tend to gravitate to those kinds of roles and others who are simply locked out of those kinds of positions.
