When he got closer to allan's body, and he was still on the phone with the am the operator, he realized that there was still a knife stabbed into her chest, and it had been left there. So in total, ellen had been stabbed approximately 20 times. Two of the wounds went directly into her brain. And most so she had been stabbed ten times between the neck and the head alone,. A lot of them were in the back of her neck and head.
