Work-Life Balance Is What Makes People Stay With Us
The most important thing we're doing at the moment is being able to offer flexible employment. We encourage people to have what we call itchy feet conversations so you're thinking about leaving us we say come and have a conversation with us first. One of the things that comes up from everybody's doctors, nurses, physios, OTs, admin, managers is usually work-life balance. It's not just Gen Z or Gen X it's all Gen's but it's definitely Gen Z and Gen X and it's work- life balance"
